Our family farm, Los Cablotes, is located in the mountainous region of Quetzaltepeque, Guatemala.

For generations, our family has grown and harvested coffee with a commitment to the land, our legacy, and our people. We work hard to ensure the highest quality product and love working together to share it with the world.

​All have been individually selected from the galleries of local artists to highlight the spirits they have been paired with.

​This exquisite landscape, Sunlit Corn, is from the gallery of Susan Lynn of Kansas City, MO. The image was divided into three parts and has been used for the Ray County Rye Whisky and Rye Eau de Vie labels. More information on Susan can be ​found HERE.
